OUR STORY

The Beginning

IntelliRCM was founded in 2005 as a brand of Mangalam Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., born from a simple yet powerful vision: to help healthcare providers focus on patient care while we ensure their financial health.

What started as a small team of dedicated billing professionals in Ahmedabad, India has grown into a global operation serving over 250 healthcare practices and hospitals across the United States.

Our founders recognized a critical gap in the healthcare industry—providers were struggling with increasingly complex billing requirements while trying to deliver quality patient care.

From day one, we committed to three core principles: uncompromising accuracy, transparent communication, and treating every client’s revenue as if it were our own. These principles have guided our growth from a startup to an industry leader managing over $500M in annual revenue for our clients.
